Availability
Please call or email us for availability.

Changeover Days

Changeover day is Saturday however, other days may be possible, please enquire. The apartment is cleaned before and after changeovers. If you are staying two weeks or more the apartment will be cleaned once a week. Additional cleaning can be arranged during your stay if required.

Welcome Pack
A Welcome Pack can be provided for you if required. On arrival there will be a representative to meet you and to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and local amenities.

How To Book
Please complete and print out the Booking Form with your signature and send along with a cheque (if applicable) for the booking fee to the address detailed on our contact page.

The property may only be used by the number of people stated on the booking form or agreed by us. No subletting is permitted. Caravans, tents or additional accommodation may not be used on the property

Confirmation Of Your Reservation / Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee of 25% of the rental cost will be payable when confirming your reservation. Bank transfers or cheques are accepted. Contact the owners for bank details.
Upon receipt of the cleared funds you will receive confirmation of your reservation (via e-mail or regular post, whichever is most convenient to you).

Balance Of Rental Cost
The outstanding balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival date if you are paying by bank transfer OR 10 weeks prior to arrival if you are paying by cheque. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full rental cost will be due at the time of booking. Your reservation cannot be held if the funds are not received.

Deposit
A fully refundable deposit of £200 / 300 euros is required against damage or breakages to be paid at the same time as the balance of the rental cost. This deposit will be returned within 20 days of the end of your rental period following inspection for breakages or damage. In the event of any damage or breakages a suitable sum will be deducted to cover replacement or repair plus a management charge of 10% of the cost.

Circumstances Affecting Your Booking
It is highly unlikely that we will need to make any changes to your booking, but in the event of extreme circumstances happening, such as flood, fire, storm damage we reserve the right to do so at any time. If this were to occur you would have the choice to either
(A) Accept the changed arrangement offered to you within 7 days.
Or
(B) Receive a full refund of any monies paid to us in respect of your booking.
Please note that in no circumstances shall we be held liable for any inconsequential loss or incidental expenditure incurred as a result of these changes.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellation you make must be made in writing by the signatory of the Booking Form. If you cancel your holiday you will be liable to pay charges as set out below:

Insurance

You are required to have appropriate travel and personal insurance.

During your travel and holiday, the owner or their representatives cannot be held responsible for loss, injury, weather, acts of God, labour troubles or act on behalf of you or members of your group and cannot be held responsible for failure of travel arrangements such as cancelled flights..

You are responsible for the security of the property and the contents during occupation. Baggage and personal effects are at all times at your own risk.

Acceptance of Booking Conditions
When you have completed and signed the booking - form you have accepted all clauses in this document.

Smoking Policy
No smoking is allowed inside the property
